Great job to David of diasp.org for drafting these, but since this is a TOS rough draft/proposal for many US pods, we should strip out pod specific referances and reaplce them wit [POD NAME] and [PODMIN]. Having gone to the [https://diasp.org/toc.html Diasp.org ToS] it seems this is lifted from [http://en.wordpress.com/tos/ Wordpress's creative commons licensed ToS]. Let's continue to work off these as a draft, and if we could get some actual legal advice, and versions for at least some of the major areas (Japan, UK, germany/france/italy/other european countries, etc) their own region specific version's that would be awesome :) [[User:Crazy-Jake|Crazy_Jake@netiz.in]] ([[User talk:Crazy-Jake|talk]]) | |||
