Install Packages

In Quantal, the command apt-add-repository is available on package software-properties-common. Also, it's not needed to do a dist-upgrade. Just install the curl.

sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:jaywink/curldebian
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install curl
