: I don't follow. We simply say "install the mentioned packages", this says nothing about the user under which it should happen. The RVM autolibs + sudo thing in the install instructions doesn't make any sense. You have to be root to install dev binaries, and RVM outputs a list of dependencies, so why not instruct the user to install the deps as root?
